Honestly, I would not permit them to pass the border. As an employee in any kind of job we should always follow the rules and regulations in the workplace. In this case, this one is actually critical as we are talking about each country's rules and regulations. What if these people did a crime and because you let your emotions flow you just let bad people go away. (I am not saying they are bad people just trying to think of a scenario).
